Competition Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("General Terms") apply to every prize competition and prize draw ("Competition") that Stalotto ("we," "us," "our") promotes and administers on our website.
Each Competition may also have its own specific terms and conditions ("Specific Terms"). These Specific Terms may be detailed on the competition page or communicated through other means associated with the Competition.
You should read these General Terms together with any applicable Specific Terms. If any provision of the Specific Terms conflicts with these General Terms, the Specific Terms will prevail.
We may change these General Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
By entering any Competition, you accept that you will be legally bound by these General Terms and any applicable Specific Terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not participate in the Competition.

The promoter of the Competitions is Stalotto, located at 15A, Cobalt Business Park, 1 Quick Silver Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE27 0QQ.

Eligibility
Competitions are open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of Stalotto, their immediate family members, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Competition are not eligible to enter.
Additional eligibility requirements may apply to specific Competitions, such as valid passports, visas, driving licences, or good physical health. These requirements will be detailed in the applicable Specific Terms.
Whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met is at our sole discretion, and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes.
Entry Methods
Entry into any Competition is available through various methods, which may include purchasing a ticket on our website, online entry forms, SMS, postal entry, or other methods specified in the Specific Terms.
All Competitions will include a free route of entry, which will be detailed in the Specific Terms, and unless otherwise specified, this will be the postal entry route.
Unless otherwise permitted in the Specific Terms, no person may enter any Competition more than once, and entrants may not participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, group, or company.
Entries must be submitted within the entry period specified in the Specific Terms. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
We reserve the right to reject any entries that are incomplete, incomprehensible, damaged, or otherwise deficient. Entries that do not comply with these Terms, contain unlawful content, or are deemed harmful will be void.
Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries submitted by third parties are not permitted and will be disqualified.
Free Entry Route
All Competitions will include a free entry route, which will be by postal entry unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms.
Free entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win via the free entry route.
Details of the free entry method, including how to enter, will be specified in these Terms & Conditions under Section 6: Postal Entry.
Entries that do not comply with the instructions for the free entry route will be disqualified.

How to Enter
To enter a competition via the postal route, send a postcard with the following clearly written information:
Full name

Telephone number (optional)
Specific competition name you wish to enter
Each postcard must be posted individually with appropriate postage paid to the address specified for the competition. If not otherwise stated, use the promoter's address. Entries must be submitted separately; multiple entries in one envelope will be counted as a single entry.
Entry Limitations
Only one entry is permitted per postcard. Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will automatically be disqualified.
Deadline for Entries
Entries must be received by Stalotto before all competition tickets are allocated or by the closing date as specified on the competition details page. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
Deadline Adjustments for Late Entries: Late entries received within 48 hours of the closing date or after all tickets are sold may be entered into a subsequent competition of similar value, at Stalotto's discretion.
Proof of postage is not proof of receipt, and Stalotto is not responsible for undelivered postcards.
Processing of Entries
All valid postal entries will be entered into the competition database before the draw deadline. Each valid entry will receive a confirmation email with an allocated ticket number for the draw.
Notification of Winners
Winners will always be notified via the email provided in their entry. Stalotto or its partners may also live stream the draws or additionally choose to notify winners by other means. Winners must respond within the specified time frame in the notification email to claim their prize.
Disqualification
Entries that do not comply with these terms, are illegible, incorrect/incomplete, or fail to meet the entry requirements will be disqualified.
General
Postal entries are treated with the same chance of winning as paid entries. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entering via the postal route does not guarantee a win or confer any additional benefits.
Changes to the Terms
Stalotto reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the postal entry route at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the postal entry route, entrants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions and agree to comply fully with them.
Multiple Entries
You may submit multiple entries for any competition up to the limit set by Stalotto. Each entry must be posted separately. Bulk entries in one envelope or on one postcard will not be accepted as multiple entries and will be counted as one.
Account Requirement
Entrants must have an account on Stalotto.com with matching details to have a free entry processed.
Prize Details
Prizes are as described on the competition page and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
All prize substitutions will be communicated to entrants prior to the prize draw. If a substitution occurs, a full refund will be offered to any entrant who requests it before the prize draw takes place.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered unless specified in the Specific Terms.
Any tax or other charges payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner.
Third-party suppliers of prizes may also stipulate their own terms and conditions, which will apply to the prize winner.
